Last week the shorties, my mom, and I packed up her slugbug and wandered up to Michigan to catch a glimpse of The Way Down Wanderers on tour. If you want to see some tour pics of the Wanderers, click the Facebook thingy and go stalk them on my Facebook page. If you want to see Jack & Abby doin’ their thing, stay right here.
Our delightfully mild Midwest Summer made for some chilly weather on Michigan’s beaches. We hit four of them in three days – South Haven, Holland, Grand Haven and Warren Dunes. Love, love, love Lake Michigan. So much so that we are heading out for more this weekend. This time we’ll be taking it in from the Wisconsin side of things. Stay tuned. You know there will be pictures. Mwahahaha.

hahaha love the retro photos. Love them all, of course. Some made me smile inside and some made me laugh outloud.
Yes, I love them all and of course want copies as usual. The one of the two of them running in the dunes is priceless, the one of Abby hugging the lighthouse could be published and probably should be–Jack running –could be the cutest of the Salinger characters–that thang that you do with their images so crisp in the foreground and everything in the back gently washed out is very cool. I’m sure that’s called something. Very beautiful pictures. You should have included the one of you and the duo walking toward the lighthouse–be a little like Alfred Hitchcock–artistically interject your presence, I’m just saying. . .
